How long will we ship the order to You?

firstly,after we recieve your payment ,we need to check out your shipping address and order detail as well as the packing with You.Then comes the time of delivery.As usual ,the delivery time will be 5 days or so .

Are the package safe?

The EMS company will offer us the tracking number ,and You can track your orders on the above website as we provide.And if You can't check out your order ,You can contact us ,and we will try our best to reply u asap.
 

Can You offer the UPS ,DHL or TNT?

Return Policy

1.Return Requirement
 Pls return us the unbroken goods as well as the outer package  if the goods need to be returned to us ,meanwhile u need to make sure the products tags should be in perfect condition.And we can't accept the return if the resend goods are in defective condition,such as the goods without the products tags or damaged tags or without resending the outer package.

3.Return shipping fee
U need to afford the return shipping fee ,as there is no offical Maintenance Center in our place.But we promise u that we will give u the refund to your account or credit card account if our products are low quality .

4.Non-product-quality problems ,such as the color ,sharp or appearance of the goods.The pictures and information are only for reference, the sample is subject to the real products which you receive.

5.We can't offer u the refund if u loss any part of the products ,and u need to add the lose parts.
